These use strengthened silicon rubber with glass fiber, and have heating wires installed between the sheets. They are used by attaching them to a metal plate or heating object. It is possible to heat narrow spaces.

Characteristic of Silicon Rubber Heater

・If there is a plane diagram, we can design for heating objects of any shape including round objects and ones with holes.
・Standard designing is performed by making a pattern for the resistance wire according to the specifications, so costs for modeling are not needed.
・Etching types require fees for plates.
・By increasing the raw material glass finer percentage of the silicon rubber, it is possible to have items with a high heat resistance of 260°C, which is higher than convention rubber heat resistance of 200°C.
・The standard (SR type) rubber material is a UL certified product.
・High temperature (HT type) rubber is not a UL certified product.
