These inorganic insulators are pressed into pipes, and a heating element
is then embedded. The pipe, heating element, and inorganic insulator
are integrated via compression forming.This allows the heater to have
an amazingly long lifespan and high wattage.

It is well established that the weak point of cartridge heaters is the lead wire. Heaters can be made to last longer by compensating for fragilities related to vibration, friction, liquid dripping, good/bad handling, and humidity. Choose the type according to your usage.
